Information clause on the protection of personal data in Łukasiewicz Research Network – Rail Vehicles Institute „TABOR”


In accordance with article 13 paragraph 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (GDPR) I inform that:

6. Your personal data will be stored for an indefinite time, but not longer than it is required by the law regulation regarding the relevant category of documents.

You have the access right to the content of your data and the right to their correction, removal, limitation of processing, the right to transfer of data and the right to object to the further processing, and if it is consented to the processing of data, to withdraw it . Exercising the right to withdraw the consent does not influence the processing until the consent was withdrawn.

8. Providing the personal data by You is voluntary or required by the regulations of law. Failure to provide the personal data will result in the lack of fulfillment of the statutory requirements or in the impossibility of concluding a contract.

9. Your data will not be profiled, processed automatically, transferred outside the European Economic Area without the consent of the supervisory authority.

10. In accordance with article 21 paragraph 4 of GDPR I inform that You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning You. The objection should be submitted to the Data Protection Inspector whose contact data are indicated in point 2. In accordance with article 21 paragraph 1 of GDPR, submitting the objection, it should be indicated its reasons related to Your special situation.

11. If You find that processing of personal data concerning You infringes the GDPR regulations, You have the right to submit the complaint to the President of Personal Data Protection Office, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warszawa. www.uodo.gov.pl. We assure that we make every effort to provide the means of physical, technical and organizational personal data protection against their accidental or intentional destruction, loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
